Our holistic approach to health will include a specific set of blood tests to identify the root cause of your health issues and what your body may be missing. We then create a personalized nutrition and wellness plan to help you achieve optimal health. These tests were hand picked by Elizabeth Hogue to include a panel of biomarkers that are essential, and not repetitive, to know what your body is missing.
During one of our sessions, we will talk about ongoing movement. I use the term “ongoing movement” instead of exercise because saying even the word exercise immediately can make people feel discouraged, or maybe even exhausted! We will find ongoing movement that fits YOU and your lifestyle. This is something that you could even incorporate during the day, and maybe even be excited to do!
